Qualifications:
Minimum Education Level
- Graduate of an accredited and recognized medical school and successful completion of aGeneral Surgery residency program required.
Minimum Licensure Requirements
- Eligible for medical licensing in the State of Illinois.
Minimum Certification Requirements
- Board certification/Board eligible in area of expertise.
