Po siti on Hi ghli ghts: - Position: Quality & Care Transformation Manager, Inpatient - Location: Evanston Hospital - Full Time/Part Time: Full-Time (40 hrs/wk) - Hours: Day shift 8:00AM-5:00PM - Required Travel: N/A What you will need: - License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in State of IL required. - Education: MSN preferred - Certification: LEAN/Six Sigma Certification and training strongly preferred - Experience: 5 years of clinical Nursing experience required or minimum 5 years Health Care related experience with Master’s/PhD; and experience in Quality or Performance Improvement required. - Skills: Excellent communication, facilitation, analytical and motivational skills consistent with effective change management and innovation deployment. Must be focused, results driven, and able to collaborate with and lead others; Fluent in process improvement methods, familiar with data and understanding of statistical methods.
