What you will need:
- License:IEMA license and ARRT Registered required
- Education:Certification or Associate's degree in Radiology from an accredited programCertification:CPRCertification required; Advanced CT Certification required
- Experience:Previous CT Technologist experience - at least 5 years preferred
- Skills:Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills required
What you will do:
- Perform CT exams for use by physicians in diagnosing and treating patient illness and/or injury, in accordance with departmental standards, policies and procedures
- Prepare patients for exam: obtain and record history, explain procedures, position patients and ensure their comfort
- Complete all paperwork and submit images to a radiologist in a timely manner
- Review CT's to ensure optimum quality
