NorthShore Physical Therapy is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide exceptional patient care in a friendly, professional outpatient clinic.

Responsibilities
- Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation activities
- Monitor patient progress and document treatment sessions
- Prepare and sanitize treatment areas and equipment
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Educate patients on exercises and home programs
- Ensure treatment rooms are organized and fully stocked
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervising Physical Therapist
Qualifications
- Current Illinois Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with the therapy team
- Outpatient experience is a plus, but motivated new graduates are welcome to apply
- Russian language skills preferred
