We are seeking a compassionate Treatment Nurse to provide on-site care at a skilled nursing and rehabilitation community.

Responsibilities Include

  • Assessing residents’ wounds and providing treatments and dressing changes
  • Monitoring healing progress and documenting care accurately
  • Coordinating with the nursing team to develop individualized care plans
  • Supporting infection prevention and pressure injury prevention efforts
  • Contributing to a culture of compassion, integrity, teamwork, and respect

Qualifications And Skills

  • Active Texas LVN or RN license
  • Wound care experience preferred
  • CPR/BLS certification preferred
