Responsibilities: Assist patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them improve mobility, reduce pain, and stay active under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Key Duties: Provide therapy support, implement treatment plans, document patient progress, and ensure quality care in a residential setting.
Qualifications: Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, active State License, and BLS Certification (may be required).
