- Provide specialized critical care in ICU settings
- Deliver patient-centered care, monitor vital signs, and administer treatments
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards
- Minimum 1-2 years ICU RN experience
- Valid RN license
- Certifications including ACLS, BLS/CPR, NIH Stroke, NRP, PALS, TNCC, Pharmacology A
- Knowledge of ICU procedures and critical care protocols
- Assist in managing critically ill patients
- Implement nursing care plans
- Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to safety standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care
