Role: Travel Home Health Physical Therapist
Responsibilities: Provide skilled physical therapy services in patients' homes within a designated area, helping patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions. No weekend or on-call duties. Cover a 60-mile radius around Albuquerque, NM, with mileage reimbursement between visits.
Qualifications: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution approved by APTA. Active State License required. BLS certification may be needed.
Skills & Requirements: Strong clinical skills in physical therapy, ability to work independently, excellent communication, and organization skills. Comfortable with traveling and providing patient-centered care.
Key Duties: Deliver therapy services in a home setting, adhere to shift hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and maintain documentation and patient progress records.
