We are seeking a Medical Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in Newburgh, IN.
Role & Responsibilities: Provide high-quality patient-centered care in med-surg and telemetry units, including assessing patient conditions, monitoring cardiac data, administering medications, preparing patients for procedures, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Ensure patient safety, document care, advocate for patient needs, and facilitate discharge planning. Adhere to infection control and safety protocols while managing multiple patients efficiently.
Qualifications & Skills: Require at least one year of recent Med Surg/Tele RN experience, a valid RN license, and current BLS certification. Preferred certifications include NIHSS and ACLS. Must demonstrate critical thinking, excellent communication, physical stamina, technical proficiency, and the ability to work under pressure. Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail are essential.
