- Perform basic wound care, dressing changes, and monitor healing progress.
- Conduct patient assessments, document findings, and communicate changes to healthcare team.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and home care instructions.
- Assist in medical procedures, prepare patients, and provide post-procedure care.
- Follow infection control protocols and safety practices to ensure a safe environment.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to ensure quality care.
- Valid LPN or LVN license.
- Experience in long-term care preferred.
- Strong patient care, communication, and teamwork skills.
