- Planning and coordinating patient care, assessments, education, triage, and nursing interventions
- Collaborating with colleagues and physicians to develop and evaluate care plans
- Providing empathetic care throughout preventive, diagnostic, treatment, and follow-up stages
- Demonstrating nursing competency and applying comprehensive expertise
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (AACN, ACEN, NLN CNEA)
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
- Current unencumbered RN license or multistate licensure if in NLC state
- Maintaining required competencies and certifications
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and time management
- Critical thinking and willingness to collaborate with leadership
