Responsibilities Include
- Performing accurate patient assessments and identifying needs
- Initiating appropriate nursing interventions
- Providing age-appropriate care based on patient condition
- Documenting medical records timely and accurately
- Developing and revising interdisciplinary care plans
- Conducting quality improvement assessments
- Current state RN license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- ACLS certification within six months of hire
- Experience preferred but new grads are welcome
