We are seeking a Registered Nurse or Graduate Nurse Resident to provide patient care in the Operating Room. The role involves utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, and evaluate patient care, ensuring patient rights and confidentiality are maintained. Responsibilities include coordinating care with other departments, maintaining professional accountability, and supporting a safe surgical environment. Opportunities exist to cross-train or advance into scrub or First Assist roles.
Qualifications include a nursing degree (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN), current RN licensure, and Basic Life Support certification. Preferred candidates have at least 1 year of RN or OR experience but new graduates are considered. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds, prolonged standing, and various mobility tasks.
