- Coordinate with ancillary departments to optimize patient comfort and outcomes.
- Serve as both a floor nurse and a teacher, supporting student learning when applicable.
- Adhere to nursing practice guidelines, the Missouri Nurse Practice Act, and institutional standards.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
- Current RN license in the state or compact licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or ENPC may be required based on unit needs.
- Strong teaching and clinical skills with a compassionate approach to patient care.
