- Applying advanced nursing skills in a fast-paced, acute care setting
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Monitoring patient conditions and administering appropriate interventions
- Documenting care accurately and maintaining compliance with clinical standards
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current Washington RN license
- American Heart Association BLS certification upon hire
- ACLS certification within 90 days of hire
- At least 1 year of acute care experience in a relevant patient population or completion of a specialty residency at the facility
