Seeking a Clinical Supervisor for the Surgical Suite/Operating Room to oversee staff, patient care, and daily operations.
Responsibilities include supervising staff, supporting the Nurse Manager, ensuring compliance with standards, and handling HR functions such as hiring and education.
Requirements: NY State RN license, bachelor’s degree in nursing (or bachelor’s in another field with ongoing nursing master’s), BLS certification, three years’ clinical nursing experience; leadership and specialty certification preferred.
