We are seeking a Director of Home Health & Employee Health Services to lead and oversee our Home Health and Employee Health programs.

- Providing leadership and operational oversight for both services
- Ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care and regulatory compliance
- Leading, mentoring, and supporting interdisciplinary clinical teams
- Managing employee health programs, workplace safety, infection prevention, and wellness initiatives
- Overseeing departmental budgets, staffing, quality improvement, and operational performance
- Collaborating with hospital leadership, providers, and community partners to achieve organizational goals
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) and active RN license
- 5 years of leadership experience in home health, employee health, or related healthcare setting
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Knowledge of regulatory standards, quality improvement, and compliance (CMS, OSHA)
- Preferred certifications in Home Health or Occupational Health
