Role: Digital Health Specialist in Healthcare & Medical Services

Responsibilities

  • Implement and optimize digital health tools such as telehealth, EHR, remote monitoring, and patient engagement platforms
  • Support clinicians to improve access, outcomes, and patient experience
  • Train staff on digital health systems and workflows
  • Streamline operational processes and support data and quality initiatives
  • Ensure HIPAA-compliant, accurate documentation

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong understanding of digital health technologies and healthcare workflows
  • Excellent training and communication skills
  • Ability to support data management and quality improvement efforts
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance standards

Key Duties: Enhance patient access and outcomes through digital tools, support staff training, optimize workflows, and maintain compliance in a patient-centered outpatient rehab setting.
