- Develop and implement individualized anesthesia plans.
- Administer general and regional anesthesia in accordance with clinical protocols.
- Monitor patients continuously during procedures and throughout recovery, responding to changes in condition.
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and multidisciplinary teams to support clinical excellence and patient safety.
- Contribute to quality improvement efforts, clinical innovation, and patient-centered, compassionate care.
- Current CRNA certification and ability to independently provide anesthesia services.
- Strong clinical judgment, patient assessment, and critical monitoring skills.
- Knowledge of anesthesia care across diverse surgical/procedural settings.
- Effective teamwork and communication in a collaborative care environment.
