Responsibilities Include
- Coordinating patient care and operational issues during shifts
- Delivering clinical care based on patient census demands
- Communicating patient, departmental, and staff concerns to leadership
- Serving as a resource and guidance for nursing staff
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year hospital nursing experience; 2 years preferred
- Active RN licensure and multistate licensure (e.g., NLC/eNCL)
- Required certifications: BCLS, ACLS, PALS, Chemotherapy/Biotherapy, NRP, PEARS, and specialty certifications as applicable
- Experience in emergency, labor and delivery, or pediatric care is advantageous
