Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration
- Document medication activities accurately and promptly
- Monitor residents’ health and report any concerns
- Maintain medication safety protocols, including narcotic counts
- Ensure infection control and safety standards are upheld
- High School Diploma/GED, age 18
- Medication Administration certification
- CPR and First Aid certifications
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Preferred: Senior care experience
