Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for an Employee Store Clerk to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals! This position will be located on site in Palmdale, CA.
- Takes and processes transactions by telephone, internet, and correspondence from customers and representatives
- Enters and maintains database records of customer profiles and prepares and maintains status reports
- Acts as liaison for customers
- Maintains knowledge of company products and customer service processes
- High School diploma/GED and 2 years of relevant experience
- Understanding of Retail Pro
- Able to work 9/80 A shift or 9/80 B shift
