Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of the property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
- Perform detailed floor care, including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning to maintain pristine surfaces
- Manage laundry duties by washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels for each guest stay
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and essentials to ensure the property is fully prepared for new guests
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs or cleanliness issues and report them promptly
- Maintain high standards of sanitation through proper use of cleaning agents and equipment, adhering to best practices in janitorial and commercial cleaning
- Provide excellent customer service by being responsive to guest requests or inquiries when on-site or during turnover processes
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning environments
