As a Resident Care Aide, you will be responsible for:
- Providing direct care to residents in a warm, welcoming, and respectful environment
- Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitoring and reporting any changes in resident condition or behavior
- Developing and implementing personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
