Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Universal Banker located in Fairbanks, AK. The Universal Banker will perform a combination of operational, sales, and customer service responsibilities. Daily tasks include assisting customers with deposits, withdrawals, and account services, as well as processing loans and addressing inquiries. The role emphasizes delivering outstanding customer service and supporting customers in achieving their financial objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience with Deposits, Cash Handling, and Loans processing
- Commitment to providing exceptional Customer Service
- Strong Communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers
- Attention to detail and ability to work in an organized and efficient manner
- Prior banking or financial industry experience is an advantage
