We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our growing team! The right candidate will be a team player with leadership skills, a "can-do" attitude and excellent communication skills. Day-to-day tasks will include supervision of staff, task assignments, setting daily goals, measuring and tracking key performance indicators, and communicating with clients regarding our product and service offerings.

Responsibilities
- Perform outbound customer calls and establish follows-up with service appointments
- Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates
- Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources
- Present initial service options based on customer needs
- Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
- Conduct team and process development sessions - keeping positive relationships with staff, sales teams and dealership management
- Utilize CRM tracking system daily
- At least one previous role based in customer service experience
- Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
- Prompt and courteous demeanor
- Positive and hardworking personality
- Strong leadership skills
- Highly organized
- Valid driver’s license
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
