Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled DA or RDA who is comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and can support clinical operations efficiently while delivering excellent patient care.
Compensation Breakdown
- $23/hour: Dental Assistant with X-ray license and digital experience
- $29/hour: Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) able to perform all RDA duties independently
- $32/hour: Highly experienced RDA, including orthodontic (Ortho RDA) experience
Final compensation will be determined based on experience, certifications, and skill level.
Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
- Take digital X-rays and impressions
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories
- Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Support front office tasks as needed
- Qualifications
- Dental Assistant certification (required)
- X-ray license required
- RDA license (for RDA applicants)
- Orthodontic experience preferred for higher compensation tier
- Experience with digital dental systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
