What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Coordinator / Event Management position at Northpointe Staffing Professionals?
As the Program Coordinator for Sponsorships, Awards & Events, this role will support external events and drive effective and efficient processes, track dates/work/results, manage team to-dos and help execute on a defined strategy for a variety of partnership initiatives. Reporting into the Executive Director, Head of Diversity Sponsorships & Partnerships, the work will include tracking and managing events (participants, logistics, content, post-event follow up) and awards tracking.
Job Responsibilities
- Supports logistics for events such as communicating with stakeholders, maintaining a calendar of key dates and milestones, and administrative duties
- Drives the team to execute on time and completely ?
- Partners closely with HCM, Talent Acquisition and other key functional staff and leaders.
- Supports operational execution and budget management of partnerships offerings to ensure benefits offered are being fully utilized.
Qualifications
- Project management and/or event management experience
- Demonstrated ability to function in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities, while maintaining flexibility.
- Highly analytical, organized and process driven with sound judgment.
