- Manage and grow a portfolio of single-family homes across your market.
- Oversee leasing, renewals, maintenance coordination, and tenant relations.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and quick resolutions.
- Build strong relationships with owners, residents, and vendors.
- Maintain compliance, reporting accuracy, and portfolio profitability.
- Support business development initiatives to expand your regional footprint.
- Active Real Estate License
- 2 years of experience in property management or residential real estate
- Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Experience with property management software (AppFolio a plus)
