The APM will be responsible for managing submittals, Requests for Information (RFIs), trade buyouts, meeting minutes, and other project documentation to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, review, and process all project submittals, ensuring compliance with contract documents and project specifications.
- Maintain and update the submittal log, tracking the status of each submittal and expediting approvals as necessary.
- Prepare, submit, and track RFIs to clarify project details and resolve any ambiguities.
- Distribute responses to relevant stakeholders and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Assist in the procurement process by preparing bid packages, soliciting bids from subcontractors, and analyzing proposals.
- Negotiate and finalize subcontractor agreements in collaboration with the SPM.
- Schedule, attend, and document project meetings, including pre-construction, progress, and coordination meetings.
- Prepare and distribute accurate meeting minutes, highlighting key discussions, decisions, and action items.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date project files, including contracts, drawings, specifications, and correspondence.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurately recorded and readily accessible.
- Assist in developing and updating project schedules, monitoring progress against milestones.
- Support the SPM in tracking project budgets, identifying potential cost overruns, and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure that all work complies with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Participate in site inspections and address any quality or compliance issues promptly.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in renovations and interior fit-outs across sectors such as commercial, corporate offices, storage, warehouse, schools, and healthcare.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced work setting.
- Experience with construction projects in New Jersey and familiarity with local regulations.
- Certifications such as OSHA 30-hour, First Aid, and CPR.
- Ability to navigate construction sites, including climbing ladders and walking on uneven terrain.
- Capability to lift and carry materials up to 50 pounds.
