What You'll Do :
- Lead, coach, and develop a dynamic team of associates to achieve departmental goals.
- Strategically coordinate collection activities, including auto dialer / list strategies, to maximize efforts.
- Prepare work schedules, streamline workflows, and monitor team productivity.
- Review and approve escalated collection actions, including repossessions and legal proceedings.
- Resolve escalated customer issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Analyze business reports to measure success and identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
What You Bring :
Education : High school diploma / GED required.
Experience : At least 1 year of supervisory experience and 3-5 years of collections experience.
Skills :
