What You’ll Do
As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you’ll be the driving force behind helping clients achieve homeownership dreams while building your own successful business.
You’ll:
Originate and manage residential mortgage loans from application to closing
Develop relationships with Realtors, builders, and referral partners
Deliver exceptional client experiences through consistent communication and follow-up
Stay current on loan programs, products, and industry regulations
Work closely with in-house processing, underwriting, and marketing teams to ensure smooth closings
Utilize Northpoint’s marketing library, CRM tools, and social media assets to generate consistent leads

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a producing Mortgage Loan Officer with an active NMLS license
Strong referral network and ability to generate self-sourced business
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
