Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Mortgage Loan Officer (Producing) located in Roswell, GA, with flexibility for some remote work. In this role, you will be responsible for originating mortgage loans, building and maintaining relationships with clients and industry partners, and ensuring a smooth lending process for borrowers from application to closing. You will assess customers’ specific needs, provide guidance on mortgage options, submit loan applications, and collaborate with underwriting and operations teams to manage and finalize deals efficiently. The role requires a proactive approach to exceptional customer service and the ability to foster trust and long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
- Experience with Loan Origination and a deep understanding of Mortgage Industry practices
- Knowledge of Mortgage Lending processes, including Underwriting criteria and loan processing
- Strong skills in Customer Service, with a focus on effective communication and relationship building
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment (both office-based in Roswell, GA and remote as needed)
- Active NMLS license and compliance with state licensing requirements in Georgia
- Proficiency with mortgage software and tools is an asset
