What You’ll Do

• Lead pre-development efforts including due diligence, utility data analysis, and stakeholder coordination
• Manage lender and tenant approvals for clean energy installations
• Support development teams with RFQ/RFP processes and project execution
• Oversee project incentives, financial documentation, and compliance
• Monitor and report on energy production, financial performance, and REC management
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver clean energy solutions across NorthPoint’s industrial portfolio
  
  

Who You Are

• A seasoned energy developer with 5 years of experience in clean energy project development
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Strong understanding of solar, battery, EV charging, and energy efficiency technologies
• Skilled in project management, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Passionate about clean energy and sustainability
• Willing to travel up to 25% of the time
