About Us: Quality Distribution, LLC., a leading Third-Party Warehouse and Distribution Company based in Utah, is currently seeking a full-time Bilingual Warehouse Manager to join our warehouse operations team. We are conveniently located just 2 miles West of the Salt Lake International Airport.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory transitions, ensuring seamless customer experiences and precise order fulfillment.
- Supervise a team of Forklift Operators, warehouse Labor, and Truck Driver check-in/out processes.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to address customer needs effectively and ensure timely shipments.
- Uphold rigorous standards of cleanliness, regulatory compliance (ISO-9001, SQF), and safety.
- Maintain and optimize operating equipment, conduct inspections, and provide maintenance.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inbound/outbound schedules and inventory control.
- Strategically manage warehouse costs and errors to enhance profitability.
- Foster teamwork and accountability, overseeing smaller projects and prioritizing team well-being.
- Develop proficiency in software tools for streamlined operations and handling loading/unloading logistics.
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency while maintaining building security standards.
- Perform regular team member reviews to help elevate your team and establish realistic goals to enhance job performance.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 3 years of proven warehouse management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience in warehouse or inventory roles.
- Prior leadership experience
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment (preferred).
- Proficient in data entry, processing, and analysis.
- Skilled in schedule and report creation, demonstrating strong multitasking abilities.
- Exhibits strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Capable of effectively training and leading others with influence, respect, and ethical conduct.
Physical Demands:
This job requires routine manual tasks involving dexterity, sitting, standing, walking, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Occasionally, lifting objects up to 50 pounds may be necessary. Specific vision abilities such as close vision and adjusting focus are needed.
Work Environment:
Employees may encounter cold temperatures and moderate to loud noise levels depending on the office or warehouse setting.
Reports to: Warehouse Operations Manager
Working Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
