About the Role
Northpoint Asset Management is seeking a highly organized, proactive Maintenance Technician to oversee maintenance operations across our Charlotte portfolio. This role blends hands-on field work with remote administrative duties - ideal for a leader who excels at interacting with vendors, solving problems, and keeping projects moving efficiently. Mileage reimbursement is provided for approved work-related travel.
What You’ll Do
- Complete property inspections and assessments, addressing work orders efficiently and accurately
- Perform maintenance tasks with a focus on quality, timeliness, and keeping workflow on track
- Maintain high standards of property condition and ensure a positive experience for residents and clients
- Document and track work progress, scheduling, and materials to support cost-effective operations
- Assist with emergency maintenance needs when required
What You Need
- Reliable car, phone, and computer required
- Strong residential maintenance knowledge
- Experience supervising technicians or contractors preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while staying highly accountable
