Overview
NorthPoint Apartments is seeking a dedicated and dependable Custodian to join our team. The Custodian will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our WOMENS building, ensuring common areas and facilities reflect the high standards of NorthPoint Apartments.
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize common areas, hallways, restrooms, stairwells, lounges, and other shared spaces.
- Empty trash receptacles and recycling bins regularly.
- Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain a tidy appearance.
- Clean windows, glass doors, and mirrors.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly to management.
- Assist with special cleaning projects or seasonal deep cleaning tasks.
- Sweep and mop hallways
Requirements
- Reliable, dependable, and motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Detail-oriented and able to follow cleaning schedules without constant supervision.
- Ability to work efficiently, manage time well, and stay on task.
- Physically able to perform custodial duties
- Positive attitude and a commitment to providing a clean and pleasant atmosphere for our residents.
