What are the responsibilities and job description for the NorthPoint Custodial Worker position at NorthPoint Apartments - Student Housing?
We are looking for an individual to be apart of our custodial team here at NorthPoint. This position involves working around our residents, maintaining and cleaning our women's complex. This shift is 8am-2pm Monday to Friday. We need someone 25-30 hours a week. Please do not apply if you cannot work this time or the days.
Must be self motivated, hard working, stays on task, attention to detail, and have great customer service while providing a clean and pleasant atmosphere for our residents. We are looking for someone who wants to work and has custodial experience.
Performs general, routine custodial duties, to include dusting, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning surfaces, fixtures, disposing of trash, maintaining areas used by residents, etc.
Job Type: Part-time to Full-time
Pay: From $11.00 per hour
