THE POSITION
- Clean homes either solo or with a teammate
- Perform Move-Out, Deep Clean, and Recurring Clean services
- Focus on kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
- Deliver a five-star customer experience every time
- Take before and after photos to showcase your work
- Make the client happy and proud of their clean home
WHO YOU ARE
- Cleaning experience is a must
- Must be willing to drive to job locations
- Cleaning experience or your own cleaning business is a plus
- Strong communication skills are a MUST
- Good people skills—cleaning is about service, not just scrubbing
- Warm smile, professional attitude, and pride in your work
COMPENSATION
We pay per job, not hourly, because every home is different. Our cleaners consistently earn $30–$40 per hour (we have not had anyone earn less).
- Tips are common (Cash or Venmo)
- Bonus structure for extra earning potential
- Paid the same day for every job you complete
