- Monitor stock levels and inventory availability to support infrastructure deployment schedules and operational uptime requirements.
- Develop inventory stocking strategies for critical infrastructure components, balancing operational readiness with inventory efficiency.
- Analyze inventory consumption trends, lead times, and demand forecasts to support replenishment planning and reduce shortages or excess inventory.
- Identify supply chain, operational, and inventory risks that could impact infrastructure deployment or compute availability and develop mitigation strategies.

- Manage approved alternate and substitute hardware components to ensure continuity of operations and supply flexibility.
- Partner with Engineering and Infrastructure teams to validate compatibility and operational requirements for alternate or replacement components.
- Build and maintain operational dashboards and reports tracking inventory health, stock levels, deployment readiness, utilization, shortages, and inventory movement.
- Identify process gaps and implement operational improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Support procurement and finance teams with inventory visibility, reporting, and operational data requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.

- Experience supporting generator and turbine power generation along with the electrical components needed for transmission.
- Strong understanding of inventory control procedures, inventory strategy, operational workflows, and inventory accuracy best practices.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, inventory management platforms, and tracking tools.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience using reporting or analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess inventory risk, supply constraints, and operational impacts.
- Effective communication skills and ability to coordinate across technical and operational teams.
