A critical component of this transformation will be the enterprise-wide implementation, integration, and optimization of e-procurement systems (specifically Coupa) and their alignment with the company’s D365 finance transformation, with a strong emphasis on end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) excellence.
This role will champion the advancement of automation, AI-driven insights, and digital workflows across sourcing, contracting, purchasing, invoicing, and supplier management. The CPO will build a forward-looking procurement strategy that enhances compliance, improves spend visibility, and strengthens financial controls while enabling long-term value creation.
