We’re hiring an Entry Level Team Lead to join our growing team and help support day-to-day team performance. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in retail, hospitality, customer service, or another fast-paced environment who’s ready to take on more responsibility.
As an Entry Level Team Lead, you’ll work alongside the team, help keep everyone motivated, and provide support when questions or challenges come up. You’ll learn how to lead by example, communicate effectively, and help create a positive team environment while developing valuable leadership skills.
What You’ll Do as an Entry Level Team Lead:
- Support and motivate team members throughout the day
- Help new team members get comfortable with their responsibilities
- Lead by example with strong communication and a positive attitude
- Help the team stay organized and on track with daily goals
- Provide guidance and support when team members need assistance
- Communicate team updates and progress with leadership
- Contribute to a positive, energetic, and collaborative work environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, or a team-focused environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Someone who is dependable, outgoing, and comfortable working with people
- A natural problem-solver who isn’t afraid to step up
- Motivated to learn and take on new responsibilities
- Previous leadership experience is a plus, but not required
