Northline Marketing is hiring a full-time Entry Level AT&T Ambassador to represent AT&T inside major retail locations throughout the Kansas City area. As an Entry Level AT&T Ambassador, you'll create engaging customer experiences by introducing wireless products, demonstrating the latest technology, and helping customers discover solutions that fit their lifestyle. Every Entry Level AT&T Ambassador plays an important role in bringing the AT&T brand to life through face-to-face interactions while supporting overall sales growth.

Responsibilities of the Entry Level AT&T Ambassador

• Represent AT&T inside retail locations by creating engaging, personalized customer experiences that generate interest in wireless products and services.
• Demonstrate smartphones, wireless plans, and current promotions while helping customers compare options that fit their needs.
• Build rapport through professional conversations that encourage customer confidence and support sales opportunities.
• Promote AT&T products and services during retail campaigns while maintaining a polished and energetic presence.
• Answer customer questions regarding devices, promotions, wireless services, and available offers with confidence and professionalism.
• Collaborate with fellow Entry Level AT&T Ambassador team members to achieve campaign objectives and daily sales goals.
• Track customer engagement and contribute to overall sales performance through consistent, high-quality interactions.
• Participate in ongoing Entry Level AT&T Ambassador training focused on communication, product knowledge, retail promotions, and sales effectiveness.

Qualifications of the Entry Level AT&T Ambassador

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Interest in sales, customer service, retail, marketing, promotions, or brand representation.
• Comfortable interacting with customers in busy retail environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Positive attitude, coachable mindset, and enthusiasm for learning.
• Previous retail, hospitality, restaurant, customer service, event marketing, or sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Reliable transportation to and from our Kansas City office.
• Motivated to grow professionally as an Entry Level AT&T Ambassador while developing valuable sales and leadership skills.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
