Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative professional to lead projects from planning through completion. In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and deliverables, and help ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

• Plan, organize, and manage projects through all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in partnership with stakeholders.
• Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate internal teams, external partners, and vendors to keep work moving forward.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and develop practical solutions.
• Communicate project status, milestones, and updates clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• Facilitate meetings, document decisions, and track action items to ensure accountability.
• Support process improvement efforts and contribute to stronger project delivery practices.

• Experience managing projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort using project management tools and standard office software.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

• Experience developing project plans, status reports, and presentations.
• Familiarity with common project management methodologies and best practices.
• Experience supporting budget tracking, resource coordination, or vendor management.
• Professional certification in project management is a plus.
