Sales Agent

Northlane Creative is looking for motivated people who can help connect BOTH online and local businesses with creative, website, branding, marketing, merchandise, photo, video, and support services.

This application is for individuals interested in lead generation, sales outreach, canvassing, referral-based opportunities, or client relationship support.

We are looking for people who are confident, professional, coachable, and comfortable starting conversations with business owners, managers, and decision-makers.

Our lead and sales team helps introduce Northlane Creative to businesses that may need stronger branding, better websites, improved local visibility, merchandise systems, creative content, or ongoing support.

This role may include:

• Finding and qualifying potential business leads
• Talking with local businesses in person or online
• Submitting lead information for follow-up
• Helping schedule consultations
• Supporting referral and outreach efforts
• Working with a sales expert when a lead is ready for a deeper conversation

Experience in sales is helpful, but not required for every opportunity. We are also open to people who are organized, personable, and willing to learn a clear process.

Lead Generation (7%): Discover potential brands, businesses, or individuals in need of our services. Capture basic contact information and a description for the need through our SIMPLE lead generation form and move on to the next one knowing your commission is being tracked without issue

Make the Sale (13%): Close down leads with pre negotiated packages within our network of Artists, Developers, and Marketing Experts. You do not need experience in these fields to learn the proper language and discovery process. Our simple training and sales material backed process is easy to follow, and repeatable

Lead/Sales Members are given 90 Days from onboarding to produce leads that the Owner sells FOR YOU with the full 20% commission. This is part of our commitment to our own training program.

Sales Expert: Manage a team of 3-5 Sales Agents. 2% of Each Team Member's Income

Sales Recruitment: Bring us other quality Sales team members! 1% of Recruit's Life-Time Income

Part Time VS Full Time: Our part time hours are COMPLETELY optional. Learn the material, and be aware of opportunities as you traverse another path! Those who put full time hours that yield consistent success will be rewarded with additional opportunities, and first pick opportunities for travel on larger packages.

• S-TIER Sales Agents: How do you get to this income level? You generate not only quality leads, but maintain quality contact. Our entire business model is making other businesses more money. Leave it to your team to take care of them and maintain communication for repeat accounts as you continue to build new ones.
