- Perform regular inspections to identify and address any issues related to irrigation systems, outdoor lighting, or other equipment, promptly reporting any malfunctions or necessary repairs.
- Maintain walkways, parking lots, recreation spaces, and other common areas by regularly cleaning and removing debris to ensure a safe and inviting environment for residents and visitors.
- Actively ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Prior experience or knowledge of landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to collaborate effectively with team members and provide excellent service to our residents and visitors.
- Possess a strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to operate small hand tools and power equipment safely, showcasing your technical skills and commitment to workplace safety.
- Possess good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks, helping you effectively manage your workload and meet deadlines.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time and climb, bend, and squat.
- Must be able to push, pull, lift, and carry weights up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to work inside and outside in all weather conditions.
- May be required to operate a golf cart on the property.
