About the Role: Northland is seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Concierge to join our team. As the first point of contact for residents, guests, vendors, and prospective residents, the Concierge is responsible for creating a welcoming and professional experience within the community. This role provides exceptional customer service, assists with resident requests, coordinates package and visitor management, and serves as a resource for community amenities and local attractions while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations.
This is a full-time position that requires flexibility in scheduling to meet business needs, including varying shift times throughout the week. Candidates must also be available to work weekends.

- Greet and assist residents, guests, vendors, and prospective residents in a professional and courteous manner.
- Serve as a primary resource for information regarding community amenities, services, policies, and local attractions.
- Assist residents with recommendations and arrangements for dining, transportation, entertainment, recreation, personal services, and other local resources as requested.
- Receive, process, and notify residents of package deliveries, mail, messages, and other correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records of resident requests, package deliveries, visitor activity, and service arrangements.
- Monitor and maintain front desk operations to ensure a welcoming and organized environment.
- Support resident events and community engagement activities as needed.
- Maintain current knowledge of community amenities, local businesses, neighborhood events, and area attractions.
- Assist with emergency procedures and support onsite teams during community incidents or emergency situations.
- Collaborate with property management, maintenance, and other onsite staff to ensure an exceptional resident experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required, along with at least one year of experience in property management, hospitality, customer service, or a related field.
- The ability to multitask and manage time effectively while adhering to certain deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff, residents, and vendors.
- Availability to work weekends is required.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time, climb, bend, and squat.
- Must be able to occasionally push, pull, lift, and carry weights up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to work inside and outside in all weather conditions.
