What the Job Looks Like
Our operators are responsible for setting up and running the extrusion lines that shape raw plastic into precision profiles.
- For Entry-Level Operators ($22.00 - $24.00/hr.): We will teach you the trade from the ground up. You will learn how to feed raw materials, monitor machine controls, package finished products, and use basic measurement tools to check for quality.
- For Experienced Operators ($25.00 - $28.00/hr.): You will own your lines. You will handle complex die setups, dial in process parameters (temperatures, line speeds, vacuum pressures), troubleshoot structural or aesthetic defects, and help mentor newer operators on the floor.

What You Bring to the Table

- For Experienced: 2 years of hands-on plastic extrusion experience (profile or pipe extrusion preferred). Deep knowledge of tool setups, downstream equipment, and material behaviors.
