A growing erosion control company is seeking motivated Laborers to join its field crews. No previous erosion control experience is required—we're looking for dependable individuals who are eager to learn, work hard, and grow with the company.
Responsibilities
• Install silt fence, erosion control blankets, and straw wattles
• Assist with seeding and hydroseeding projects
• Perform general landscaping and site cleanup
• Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment
• Assist equipment operators as needed
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean job site
Qualifications
• Construction, landscaping, or outdoor labor experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
• Reliable transportation to work
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
