About the Role

Northland Controls is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the PMO by managing a portfolio of projects ranging from $1,500,000 to $3,000,000 in value. This role is responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle, from budgeting and planning through completion and post-project support, ensuring successful delivery to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver completed projects to clients on time and within scope
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer decision-makers
• Represent the company professionally in all client interactions
• Maintain current job plans and specifications
• Manage project design processes
• Develop and maintain construction schedules, coordinating with other trades
• Track and maintain records of job status, changes, material flow, and other key project data
• Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Manage project costs and budgets
• Forecast future project costs and resource needs
• Report on project financials, including costs and invoicing
• Oversee installation labor and subcontracted partners
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree preferred (science, technology, engineering, mathematics, or construction management)
• PMP certification preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
