This role is responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle, from budgeting and planning through completion and post-project support, ensuring successful delivery to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver completed projects to clients on time and within scope
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer decision-makers
- Represent the company professionally in all client interactions
- Maintain current job plans and specifications
- Manage project design processes
- Develop and maintain construction schedules, coordinating with other trades
- Track and maintain records of job status, changes, material flow, and other key project data
- Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Manage project costs and budgets
- Forecast future project costs and resource needs
- Report on project financials, including costs and invoicing
- Oversee installation labor and subcontracted partners
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
